Graceland Cemetery Association, Inc., is a non-profit, tax-exempt Louisiana cemetery corporation, and is therefore subject to regulation by the Louisiana Cemetery Board.  The board of directors of Graceland Cemetery have adopted rules and regulations in compliance with the requirements of the state of Louisiana.
