How to Send Pictures We are collecting pictures of the people buried in Graceland Cemetery, to be added to the Photographs page. If you have such pictures, we would appreciate it very much if you would get them to us in one of the following ways. Regardless of how you send them, please include some information about the people in the pictures. By Email If you already have the images in your computer, or if you have the ability to scan the pictures into your computer, sending them to us as an email attachment is the preferred method. 1. If the images are not already in your computer, please scan them in at a resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi) or higher. 2. Click this link to create an email to us. Use the procedure provided in your email program to attach the images to the email. 3. In the body of the email, please identify the people in the photographs and include some information about them. 4. Send the email. 5. We will post the images to the website at the next update. By Regular Mail If you want to mail the actual photographs or their images on media such as floppy disk, Zip disk, or CD-ROM, use the following procedure: 1. Place the actual photographs or media in an envelope addressed to Graceland Cemetery, P. O. Box 1813, Abbeville, LA 70511-1813. 2. Enclose a note identifying the people in the pictures and giving some information about them. 3. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you want the photographs or media returned to you. 4. We will scan the actual photographs or copy the media. 5. We will return the photographs or media to you in your self-addressed envelope if you wish. 6. We will post the images to the website at the next update. By Hand Delivery If you do not want to risk mailing the photographs or media, you can deliver them by hand: 1. Take the photographs or media to the office of Theall Law Firm, 120 Peace Street, Abbeville, LA 70511-0877, during office hours. 2. Include a note identifying the people in the pictures and giving some information about them. 3. The photographs will be scanned or the media will be copied as you wait. 4. The photographs or media will be returned to you before you leave. 5. We will post the images to the website at the next update.
