Memorial Day 2004

    Major Tom Rigsby acted as Master of Ceremonies.  After welcoming the crowd and reading a patriotic poem, he presented small flags to survivors of the veterans buried in Graceland Cemetery, to be placed on their graves.  Betty Domingues read the names of the veterans as Major Rigsby handed out the flags.  The ceremony ended with a prayer.
